Why wait 2-3 days to send back your disclosures back after you know you are past the DUE DATE  | My uber Pet Peeve
I am not sure why Agents/Brokers/Realtors/ Transaction Coordinators wait 2-3 days extra on their calendar to send back disclosures and or a missing signature(s). Help! Get your files in order and emails so we can get our disclosures back in a timely manner. Communication is important through a transaction and I am going on my 27th year in the business and this task never goes away for files and it is always an issue to receive back from responsible parties for signature and disclosures.
We have file folders and although we are digital for the most part. We have a checklist on our folders to be sure it is all done. Nothing like visual, written, and verbal to get it all done, but I constantly have the same problem from Realtors/Brokers in getting their signatures. It is pretty easy to check off your list if you need to. Nowadays ,with technology at our fingertips, you can now request a digital signature on your smart phone people!
