Mother's Day Musings - 5/14/2017

A mother's womb is a vessle, just a vehicle to transport life into the world. There is no greater closeness than an infant to their mother after birth. A mother's body adapts and instinctively knows more than she thought she did and graduates to Motherhood on a daily basis. 
 
A woman, a mother who stands strong in the face of adversity has a direct impact on her child. Many children do not know the suffering their mother endured before, during, or after they were born. A mother who loves her children protects them. She is a woman warrior, protector, and shielder from harm. A strong mother doesn't even know her own strength. 
 
A mother's hands have the power to take away her child's pain. She would rather carry that pain herself, than let her child suffer through tragedy, disease, scrapes, and bruises. When a child cries out loud, she cries harder inside but has the courage to keep her child calm, safe, and secure. 
 
A mother is a creator of life. She doesn't need eight hours of sleep. Even from a distance, a mother knows when something is wrong. She lives vicariously through her child and her powers are greater ... more
