The Phoenix real estate market is hot especially for rentals. I am seeing more and more people relocating to Phoenix, Arizona. The Phoenix job marketing is on fire with many new companies relocating here. Plus, the companies who have been here are expanding their operations. That means they need affordable housing and educated workers to fill these job vacancies.
The great thing about taking care of tenants is that they will take care of you by referring their friends and family when it comes to real estate. I have filled two vacancies in the last week thanks to the assistance of my current tenant base. Yes, I follow the same procedure on every new tenant when it comes to vetting the tenant.
It has been my experience that the rental referral is fantastic. I will continue to take care of my tenants because they take care of me.
