As a local HOMEY, I want to see all properties in my selling area, no matter how big or small, I want to preview them all. Nothing feels better than crossing the threshold of any home on the market.
 
An important aspect for a HOMEY in residential real estate is to realize the client's goals whether buying or selling and using diligence and utmost care when representing their interests.
 
It is paramount to:
Uphold ethical guidelines. Adhere to professional business practices. Cooperate with others for successful end results.  
Using the Code of Ethics as a guide, no hidden agendas to cloud busy work days. No distractions from the job at hand, only the drive to meet and, at times, exceed daily business goals. 
 
Holding to a higher degree allows me to reach a purposeful place in my career daily. Striving to support The Golden Rule and always treat people with kindness and respect.
