I'm surprised to see so many REO properties on the market on Maui.
The Maui MLS shows 52 total REO listings for sale, with 21 of those being DO NOT SHOW, leaving 31 Active and Pending Continue to Show.  Let's take a deeper look at the 31 listings.
13 are condos priced from $68,900 (leasehold) at Napili Ridge to $889,900 at Ke Alii Ocean Villas:  5 are in Kihei; 4 are in West Maui; 3 are central in Wailuku/Kahului; 1 is upcountry in Pukalani 18 are residential priced from $169,900 to $1,499,700: 7 in Kihei; 5 are central; 2 in West Maui; 2 in Haiku; 1 in Pukalani, and 1 on Molokai none are vacant land search Maui foreclosures in the Maui MLS So they are scattered all over the island, but primarily in south Maui, west Maui and central Maui.
