Where Does an Agent Find Relocation Business ?
 Relocation to many agents looks like the easy way to be handed business...whether it is listing or buying...and we sometimes see that this is an area explored by new agents or agents who don't quite understand what may well be expected of them.  Instant business...just say WOW...like sitting at the front desk on floor time and waiting for the magnet of buyers and sellers to magically be attracted to your phone...the same is expected as the manager or the relocation department hands out people who are, by necessity, all ready to either buy or sell.  It is, we see the rose colored glass view of being handed a bouquet of business opportunity without having to do anything other than exist and wait for the phone to ring.
    Like any good agent who is approaching a niche in their business...learn where it comes from and how you can approach that niche.   For example...if you work for a larger brokerage you may well find that there are groups on Facebook that are specifically formed to exchange leads within the brokerage.
