Active Rain August Challenge. Being Human.
There is a challenge on Active Rain this month to write about our human side.
I enjoyed reading all the entries so far and learned a lot about some of my friends on active rain.
It is difficult for me to write about personal things.
I do not discuss my personal life online. I am an introvert and it takes me time to talk about my personal side. 
I always donate to charities. Every time I go shopping they are always collecting money fo something. When the cashier asks, ' do you want to donate one dollar to.... ? I  alway say yes.
My name is on mailing list of many charities and I receive free return address labels all the time for donating. A friend told me recently that they sell mailing lists and that is how other charities find my name . I do not know if I can have my name removed fom these mailing lists.
 
Whenever our local board organizes food drives or collections for homeless shelters I contribute.
I am sorry I do not donate much of my time as I spend my free time with family.
My family and friends who are like extended family mean the world to me.
