One photograph can have a greater impact on the sale of the home than any 'words' in the write-up of the home.
 
Truthfully, one photo won’t stand alone, and never does but, remember that with the sheer volume of potential buyers searching for Charlotte homes for sale online (93+%), vibrant photographs are a must to be included in your marketing.  In fact, good photography alone can make the difference between getting your home sold or simply passed-over by buyers.

Although only 30% of real estate agents pay for professional photography and less than 5% use photographers who have actually been formally trained, one investment that I make as a listing agent is 'real' professional photography. I have seen many agents claim that they use professional photography but, you as a home seller, must do your homework and COMPARE. There is a world of difference!
 
Recently, while in search of a Charlotte luxury property for one of my buyers, I found myself astounded at the number of phone photos that were being used to represent these exclusive homes.  I can tell you that my sellers would not stand for that and neither should YOU!
