Granada Hills Ca Homes Sold on The 3 Quarters of 2017
On the First Quarter 01/01/2017 to 03/31/2017 only 67 homes were sold. the Average Sold Price was $638,247, a house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1905 sq ft, and 42 days on the market. From all the sales, one was on probate, one on short sale and one bank owned aka reo.
2nd Quarter (04/01- 06/30/2017)
On the Second Quarter  139 homes closed escrow with an Average Sold Price of $641,048, house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1,849 sq ft and 43 days on the market. Six homes were on probate, two on short sale and 3 bank repos.
On this quarter comparte to 1st quarter the number of sales increase over a 100%, de size decrese a little bit and days o the market one day only, average sold price increased $2,801.
3rd Quarter (07/01 - 09/30/2017)
On the Third Quarter 150 homes were sold, Average Sold Price of $662,515, house with 4 beddrooms, 2 bath, 1,941 sq ft and 29 days on the market. Four sales were on probate, 3 on short sale and 2 reo's (real estate owned).
On this quarter the number of sales increased 7%, on the size 92 sq ft , days on the market decrease 14 days compared to the 2nd quarter.
