The Green Giant.
On a recent road trip we stopped in Blue Earth, Mn.
Green Giant still grows and packages their Peas and Corn.
The statue we erected as a tribute to the company by the businesses
of the town.
Besides the statue, they give tours of the plant also.
Although we were there on an off day, we have heard that this tour is well worth taking.
If you get the chance, stop by.  The Statue is right behind the Dairy Queen right on the main road
(169).  It is on the south side of town.
Well worth the hour or so.
 
It was a great sunny but not good for photo's.
The Green Giant is 35 feet tall.
Like I said, a great place to visit
