Idaho has grabbed 4 spots in the Housing Predictor's Top 25 Appreciating US Markets for 2008!  Sun Valley shines at #5, Idaho Falls comes in at #11, Kellogg comes in at # 19, and Boise takes the #20 spot!  These 4 Idaho cities were picked out of 250 local Real Estate Markets with the greatest forecasted appreciation for 2008.  The 2007 Housing Predictor's forecasts were 86% correct.
 The top markets for 2008 were scattered all over the U.S., and no particular region dominated the charts.  Many smaller population markets made the forecast, showing a strong trend developing in the U.S.  More and more people are moving to smaller communities in search of a higher quality of life.
