Eagle Idaho Prime Residential Development Land For Sale
Prime Eagle Idaho development opportunity!  This 21.57 acre parcel is contigous to an existing Toll Brothers community (The Preserve).  They also just started their next phase on the eastern boundary called "Eaglefield Village".  Bald Eagle Pointe is a proposed new community across State Street near the Boise River.
According to Eagle's revised comprehensive plan, the property is zoned for compact residential with 4-8 units per acre.
