The Second mobile home sold for $115,000, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,577 sq ft, built in 1994 and 12 days on the market,.
The Minimum Listing Price for a Single Family Residence Sold for $275,000, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1,134 sq ft, 6,058 sq ft lot.
Maximum Sold Price$1,000,000 house with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 4,239 sq ft , 1.47 acres lot size and 148 days on the market.
Average Sold Price $521,851, house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1,731 sq ft lot, built in 1971 and 24 days on the market. From all the sales 4 were on short sale and the other 33 were standard sales.
