Vancouver WA Home Sales - October 2017
Seasonal Slowing with Low Inventory for Vancouver Washington Home Sales in October 2017 We are seeing slower sales however, they are still in a relatively "normal" zone for this time of year. Highlights for October 2017 Vancouver WA Home Sales include:
410 Resale Homes were sold in October 2017, which is 2 more (0.5%) homes than were sold in October 2016.
  The 3-Month Moving Average Price Trend Line is now 7.87% higher than the prior year; with the 12-Month Moving Average now up 9.72%.
  Short Sale /Pre-Foreclosure property sales were 1 units (0.2% of total); down from October 2016's 8 (2.0% of total).
REO/Bank Owned home sales were 4 units (1.0% of total); compared to 9 units in October 2016 (2.2% of total).
  The Inventory for Resale Homes retreated farther to 1.3 Months of Supply! Closed Sales are down 42 units from last month, with Pending sales rising slightly.
Freddie Mac reports the 30 year Interest rate for home loans came in at an average of 3.9% for the month, which is slightly higher from last month, and higher than last year's 3.47%.
