An Extra Bonus...
I posted I Want Top Floor…
It is about living in a high-rise condo. I had plenty of comments, it took me some time responding and then it was all over… or so I thought.
Yesterday we had dinner at our place with friends, immigrants from Russia like us. They live on the ground floor of a condominium couple of hundred yards from us.
They are retired, not in Real Estate and never were in Real Estate. Yet Zoya follows my posts on Active Rain. She told me that she read my "I Want Top Floor" blog post, and it was yet another hindsight reinforcement for choosing the ground floor.
But then the story turned weird.
After reading my blog, she took a nap. In her dream she saw a man in the room. She asked him why he was there, and who the hell was he, and he calmly responded that he came to wash the dishes…
- Do you wash dishes for everyone? - asked Zoya.
- No, I wash dishes only for those, who live on the first floor. 
You see, yet another compelling reason to be as low as on the ground floor...
Wasn’t it a weird dream?
