I just really love my job...
On Saturday morning I headed out for my weekly listing route to check vacant properties and put up name riders. I was thinking about my job, why I love my job and how blessed I am to have the career that I do. Sometimes in the thick of 'it' I forget to be grateful, but I am. And I always will be.
Anyways, I had my kiddos in the backseat and we were loud. Singing and playing and enjoying the life.  I was contemplating how hard it is to balance family, work, kid's school, work  and all of it into a tidy package. We pulled up to a stop sign and I looked up. And there he was. Big and majestic sitting on a tree branch.
We sat forever at that corner where two country roads meet watching that mighty bird watching us. It was pretty sweet. It isn't the first time I have seen eagles in this area. They are plentiful and they all bring the same wonder. Their majestic presence and confidence just set right in the landscape.
