NEW HOME SALES IN MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES INCREASED IN 2017
The Las Vegas Valley residents, as well as homebuyers across the country love master-planned communities. More than 28,000 home buyers purchased homes in the top 50 master-planned communities in the nation last year. While new home sales grew 9% last year, master- planned sales grew by twenty percent. 
The Southwest master-planned made the top 25 and claimed 24 percent of the top 50- Las Vegas new home sales produced more top 25 master planned communities than any other city in the ranking from the John Burns Real Estate Consulting firm.
