Paradise Cove, Malibu, CA is a local attraction and more…
Those of you, who read my posts regularly know we had visitors from Dublin, Ireland. I find it ironic, when we have out of state and out of country visitors, we tend to learn so much more about our own backyard and our own history, unlike when we are by ourselves.
Just as an example, my friend wanted to visit the place, where the Rockford File TV series was filmed. I had no idea so thanks to Mr. Google, I learned that it was filmed in a dilapidated mobile home in the parking lot of Paradise Cove.
Keep in mind we have spent a handful or more times visiting Paradise Cove, Malibu. We even had numerous lunches and checked out the grounds on more than one occasion, without being aware of this significant trivia. I even had clients from Australia visiting and had lunch at the restaurant, but had no idea that the television show that aired on TV for six seasons and about 122 episodes was filmed at Paradise Cove from 1974-1980.
