The audio track in your real estate video is pretty darn important.
Don't think sound in your video for a real estate listing or local community presentation matters that much? Whoa. Are you still thinking "talkies" are a passing fad? That only a piano player down front is all you need when you settle into the chair? Looking up to take in a moving picture show on the silver screen down at the BIJOU and munching on popcorn, slurping a Moxie.
Ever had someone turn the sound volume off the best part of a show or movie?
How's it feel missing out on some of the important conversation? No big deal or the longer the dead air goes on, do you want to reach for something to throw to get that sound restored? A person standing in front of the living room TV screen is the same interruption that leaves something out. Creates a hole, a loss of something good and necessary that is left out.
