Short Sales Leave Long Lasting Memories
   When we saw the real estate market taking a tumble in other parts of the country....we knew it would at some time, make an unwelcome visit to southeastern Wisconsin.  Agents were leaving the business and if Chicken Little could be found...you might have head the sky  was falling...as home prices took a severe dive.  As  Real Estate agents...you wanted to put your finger in the dike...you wanted it to stop...and for what seemed  like forever, it would not. 
    We went to classes in three states and worked with an attorney in Wisconsin developing our own methods of working our way to successfully closing the dozens of short sales that streamed into our practice. 
     There were many sad stories....and we are thrilled that years later, we have been able to help these same, once underwater Sellers become homeowners once again ....getting back to living the American Dream and a fresh start.       In one case, a newly single Mom of three girls had become a widow. The girls had a dog that had been their comfort during this difficult time...he was HUGE...bigger than they were then....and he slept with them, cuddled and comforted them.  He was their security blanket.
