Minnesota Real Estate-Looking Closely
The things we hear on the news are usually "Generally Speaking". Just because one city is in high-demand, has low inventory and prices are increasing, does not mean that a city next to it is the same. There can be significant differences and it is very important to not assume that the real estate market is behaving the same everywhere.
