My Third Special Transaction
Lisa Von Domek is host the "February Contest - Love is in the air!"  In her challenge Lisa asks us to  us to write a blog about three of our favorite transactions witch made us feel good.  This will be an easy contest for me this month because I have done far more than three transactions which stand out in my mind that made me feel good.  The three I have chosen to submit for Lisa's contest were each very special, but for very different reasons.
In My First Special Transaction I choose to write about my very first loan when I became a Loan Originator.  In My Second Special Transaction I wrote about the first loan I did for a young couple I have known since they were in kindergarten with my oldest son Matthew.  In this last post, My Third Special Transaction is about an other special experience, but one which is very different from the first two.
I have actually written three blogs in the past about his particular Borrower, because of things which have happened since I did her loan.  The blog below "Special Closing ........... Forever Grateful" was written in October 11, 2011.
