      It   was  our honor and pleasure to be the host/hostess/tour guide/agents for Kevin & Jessica, new Wisconsin residents formerly from New Jersey. No strangers to the weather....they had lived her for a little while and were ready to make the move from renting to buying.  They didn't want a lot of house...or a lot of yard....just a place that they could call home...make it their own and have it be a reasonable commute to work.  
     We explored several communities with distances to  places they wanted to frequent and employment.   We gave them the guide we supply to new buyers...even when people have owned a home in another state the buying process may well not be the same and we believe the best surprise is no surprise so a detailed guide that can be referred to during the process is most helpful to newcomers to the badger state.
          When they have chosen an area for "shopping or homes" we supply additional information on each home that may fit the profile of the one they are searcing as well as information on the area...places to go and things to see.
