I told and agent that I wanted the property listed on the MLS today and he was upset because he wanted to wait a few more days and blurted out. "Does one day make a difference"?
Yes it does. One Day Makes a Difference. Little Things make a Difference. And, all details make a difference.
I have observed that those who adopt the Do It Now philosophy are more successful in real estate sales than those who wait for the exact right moment. Now, I am not a jerk but this property should have been on the market 30 days ago and there was delay after delay. It will be listed on the MLS today.
