When Amanda S. Davidson joined ActiveRain, I immediately noticed her posts. She had vitality and a drive to be highly successful but to do business the right way. She wrote about her area and her market. She shared about life with her mom and dad and her grandparents that lived with her parents.
With this reaching out challenge sponsored by Kathy Streib, I wanted to reach out to Amanda. We had tried to get together face to face the last couple of years when I was in the DC area. It didn't work out but this year the stars are lining up.
She is warm and friendly on the phone and we had a lovely conversation. Amanda has her own company and she is developing agents to grow that company. She also lists and sells. I can tell she gives her all and her agents are lucky to have her at the helm and teaching them the right way.
When Amanda takes some time off, she and her fiance' take the dogs to a nearby park for fresh air and exercise. She says the market has been so busy that this doesn't happen as often as she would like as her agents need her help. As the agents progress, ... more
