Anyone do BPO's for Ocwen?
I was wondering if anyone in this group does BPO/REO orders for Ocwen.  I have been doing them for about 5 years now and am getting nervous as they were usually pretty quick at paying (30 days) but now are past 60.  When I questioned, they said it is being processed.  Just curious if anyone else is having the same issues.  I have my first REO from them two and they are trying to give me another but concerned with their financial situation at this point. ... more
