Looking for help... a new short sale listing!

To all short sale specialists, I have listed a new short sale and their second mortgage is held by Popular Mortgage.  Has anyone worked with this company and have you had any success?  I have worked with many other lenders, but I am not familiar with Popular.
I would appreciate any feedback you might have.
