American Media Needs A a Wake-up Call
Hey Folks; Those of you, who know me, know that I seldom focus on the negative. I can’t hold my tongue any longer though, on one heinous subject….the American Media. I know I’m not the only one, who is fed up, with their sensationalism and negative “Sky is falling” bullcrap, just to get ratings. On Yahoo today a headline article was “Where Home Prices Could Fall Another 50%”. Two other headlines, in this article were “Housing to Fall Even Further” and “Housing: It’ll Get Worse”. These bozos are talking about very specific, hard hit markets, but do you think they make that clear….of course not, that might hurt their ratings. When these turkeys make broad, inaccurate statements like these, they should be obligated to mention the markets where the opposite is occurring. Right now there are healthy Real Estate markets in America. Not to mention the home ownership opportunities, that are available for people today, that weren’t available 3 years ago. My market, in Panama City Florida has already seen healthy signs of recovery and a strengthening market.
