Our Arena and Barn ~ Staged for Sure!
Ah, and wouldn't we know it as Stagers to apply the Should I stage or not to our Arena and Barn?
My life as a Stager is non-stop, and very fun and rewarding!  We are blessed to have an arena, and a 10 stall barn on our property, and a couple of wonderful mares that we love to ride on our trail.  Since we have so many stalls, 2 girls, and literally Stages and De-stages we decided to spread the word to have it used the way it should be, ideally, with a person to manage as our daily lives are quite busy.
Lo and behold, we were contacted by a trainer who is local and wants to house show horses along with our sisters property next door, who has a barn with 4 stalls. It is painted truly beautifully, yellow, with barn red indoors, a lovely upgraded tack room, heat, and plenty of space to store the hay.
Now, our arena is huge, for show, but needs paint. Structurally, it is in great shape but needs cosmetics, nothing that a weekend of painting and clean up would fix in a hurry. It's also loaded with concrete floors with ... more
