June 2008 Real Estate Market Conditions for Black Hawk and Piedmont in the Black Hills of South Dakota
During the month of June, 2008 there were 28 new residential listings in and around the Black Hawk and Piedmont area compared to 26 last month. The total # of homes for sale is 117 compared to 116 last month. 13 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 13 last month. Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $186,288, down from $187,937 last month, with an average of 75 days on the market which is down from 76 days last month. Sellers have been receiving 96.96% of their asking price which is down from 98.04% last month.
