How I work with Relocation to Northern Virginia
Moving can be scary.  You have a lot of choices--you probably have a new job or career.  You may not have friends in your new community, which will mean not only will you have to find and meet new friends, but you have to pick an area that will allow you to do that. You may know where you need to be generally, but not know the area well enough to be specific.

As an Accredited Buyer Representative, I am often your first 'touch-point' with your new city, town or community.  You may know the area where you want to be, but I see it as my mission to help you find the perfect home in the ideal community--for you. It may not even be the area that you think you want! We all have different preferences, desires and backgrounds. What might be the perfect community for one person may not suit the next one at all.
To make it all more stressful, you will often have a limited time (and budget) to make these critical decisions.
