Tip for planning your open house this Fall.
In our area Sunday open houses revolve around Eagles Foot Ball games.
There used to be a time when women would go to Sunday open houses during game times while the men watched te game on TV . Some of them were real buyers while others went out to do something with their time.
These days we do not get just lookers because of price of gas.
The most important thing that I do is plan my open house around the games. I either have the open house so that people can watch the entire game or if that is not possible then atleast so that they can watch the last quarter.
I make sure I have the TV on , so that those who come can watch it, and I give out Football schedules at the open house. and on Sundays that there is no game I always have the open house for my listings .
I am looking forward to the first regular season game of the season and I do not have an open house. GO EAGLES!
