Home Staging in Ireland looks like this ...

Inspired by Michelle Pimentel's blog about staging in France I remembered that on a trip over to Ireland last Fall I visited several model homes and took photos of the staging. It was fun to see their furnishings and the staging methods they used, which are quite different in some ways than what we're used to here in North America!
These were newly-built model homes in a modestly-priced development near the quaint village of Castleconnell in County Limerick near Ireland's west coast.  Prices range from $360K to $475K with sizes from 1035 to 1585 sq ft. The sales brochure states that "the main bedroom has an ensuite (bathroom) including an electric shower."  If you've visited Ireland and parts of the UK, you'll know that showers can be cold unless they've been specially fitted with an "electric" device to provide hot water!
A couple of things you'll notice in the photos is that they use very little greenery compared to here in the US, and they hang the art very high on the walls .... it was all I could do to keep myself from lowering it!

Bedside lamps are often quite small, and they're plugged in but have no bulbs!

Dining spaces can either be off the kitchen ... more
