Dusty, In Valencia you would have "Westridge" with beautiful custom and tract homes on or near the TPC golf course, "The Woodlands", specifically "Presidio" and "Garland", Lake front homes on "The Island" in Bridgeport as well as "Tesoro Del Valle" and some older areas such as "Windemere" in the Summit. Stevenson Ranch has a number or areas including Southern Oaks. Hasley Canyon in Castaic, Custom Homes throughout Newhall including Peachland Estates, Hillside homes in Bella Vista Estates and Placerita Canyon for horse property. Custom homes throughout Sand Canyon and Robinson Ranch would be the area of interest in Canyon Country All in all, there are numerous areas of Santa Clarita that would fit most all lifestyles of the Luxury Home buyer.
