Sellers Fail To See
We are in a buyer's market today and every seller knows that. In order to be able to get a full market price for your property, the property has to be in top-notched conditions given the location is also top-notched. If you are thinking about selling your house and you think the market has you down, you might want to read my recent blog about Multiple Offers - yes at least for the areas I work in. No, it is not for foreclosure properties and no, I am not asking you to give your property away for pennies on the dollar either. There is much more to selling a property than just the price. Note: Pricing is a key concept and perhaps it is the most important factor. But I'd also like to touch on another subject here today about Sellers failing to see what is wrong with their properties.
