AHS Certification - what is it? Why do you want it as an agent?
Sharon Kotula of Argent Decor is AHS Certified - but what do THOSE initials stand for?
AHS is Accredited Home-Staging Specialist.  This is a designation that is inexpensive and available on-line.  I highly recommend it for all agents, even if you don't aspire to be a home-stager!  The information contained can be applied every time you visit a home on a listing appointment.
Here is the press release (condensed) provided by AHS:
