Today's Question: Is it better to work alone or with a team?
Today a co-worker / co-agent asked me if I like working with a team better than being alone.  This caused me to thing a bit and I had to ask the following questions to the agent:
Why do you ask the question? Are you thinking of joining a team? Would you like to join my team? What advantages do you think being on a team affords that working alone does not? Same question but vice-versa! I had to think of my own answers and here is what I came up with:
WHY ASK THE QUESTION?It's important to understand why teams exsist.  For some its the team work model, for others its the mentoring and flexibility that having peers near by brings.  There is also a security element to being on a team.  How does that saying go...  Together Everyone Achieves More!... 
Well its true, a well organized team multiplies both the input and the output (production) when all cylinders are firing, however, when all cylinders are NOT firing things can go bad.  Therefore you must first understand the team struction options...  Loose Partnerships or Team Leads are the two basic options.
