Stephen Covey's "The Community" is an outstanding resource that combines a training curriculum, based on his famous books, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", "The 8th Habit" and other works with an online journal, a networking community and more.  This is perhaps the most outstanding free resource that I have found. On Ken Balnchard's website, www.kenblanchard.com you will find extensive video resources as well as links to his bog and youtube site.  Did I mention that it's all FREE?
Robin Sharma is perhaps less well known by name, but is the author of "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" and other fantastic books such as "The Greatness Guide".  He has a wonderful (you guessed it - FREE!) audio session available for download at his website, www.robinsharma.com.
