Buying an EXiT Franchise?
People think I'm CRAZY! Ok well maybe I am a little crazy but who isn't. I want to open my own office and I want to do it now! I am a 28 year old broker who thinks BIG. I want to open my own office in 2009 and I am intrigued by the EXiT way. I currently am with a Desk Fee company and everything is great. But my entrepreneurial spirit is at an all time high and I feel that if I dont do it now then I will miss the boat. I was wondering if maybe some of the Broker/Owners out there could shed some light on your experiences with EXiT as a franchise. I have looked into many different companies and EXiT is on top of the list so far. I also would like to know any tips on attracting TOP PRODUCERS to the EXiT brand. My market is very traditional and so are the agents. Convincing them to look past the NAME and into the actual concept may be a challenge but any tips would be great.
