Sun Over the Appalachians at Our Own Door -Solar Energy Series

SUN OVER THE MOUNTAINS on the dawn of a new day . Here in Asheville, a sunrise really can take your breath away. Do you suppose that a picture can take you to places that no amount of explaining can?
I think so. That is why I am starting the SOLAR ENERGY SERIES that follows with a set of three photos I took here in the mountains and coves of our area.  They remind me of the power and splendor of the Sun. It is a good thing, as I discuss in the following series, to take advantage of the gifts beyond that special energy of spirit they evoke....but right now...this picture says it all for me...
