Unresponsive Realtors...Why?
I have a little trouble understanding why some agents don't return phone calls. Am I the only person experiencing this? Maybe they,re so busy they don't have any interest in what my phone calls about. or maybe they don't want to sell their listing.
Too many times, I have called a listing agent looking for info on on a property they have on the market. Maybe my buyer wants to know if there's parking. (Which is what today's unanswerd call was about). Or maybe my renter wants to know what the pet restrictions are. You get the idea.
These unanswered calls are a mystery to me.
Another aspect of this is the client who calls me because the listing broker whom they called still hasn't returned their call after 3 weeks? I have heard variations of this story many times.
In this day and age, how can this phone call ignoring still exist?
