Glued to my Computer with Facebook
I attended a marketing seminar and the speaker strongly suggested joining Facebook.  At 4 am I realized how long I had sat at my computer -- we are trying to reach the buyers between 18-40. I totally missed the texting technology and now trying to learn all the shorthand--so I can understand the posts.  I am not sure how I am going to use it, but I have set up a realtor group so we can all share info - and a client group so I can pass on relative information.  I have no idea what to expect in terms of return on my time -- has anyone joined facebook and if so how are you using it?? find buyers?? sellers??
