Days on Market = total days on market. Number of new listings was not tracked in 2007/08.  Some of the numbers used in this market watch are for only one month of activity. Therefore they can sometimes look extreme due to the small sample size.
No houses have sold in the Highwoods in the last six months. The most recent sale was in the beginnin of Sept. 08. Luxury home sales in general are sluggish in the area.
The Highwoods is a gated pool community of Luxury Custom Homes in Highlands Ranch CO. Many homes have walk-out basements and spectacular views of the Mountains.
