I know you are now wondering what is Ziggs and who needs one more site to be on while working as a Realtor in this new landscape of social real estate or in anything else for that matter. After all we have realtor.com, trulia.com, zillow.com plus our blogs and websites and of course Activerain. And we all know we have to be connected now all the time. A few days ago I began to wonder about trust and social media. How do I build trust and trust people online? This all began when my local newspaper asked me to Follow it and LIKE it. Given, I already buy it, I wondered why that wasn’t enough. It is clear to compete in today’s online marketplace, the focus is on using social media to market everything from YOU and me, to companies, brands, organizations, causes, campaigns, movies, ideas and everything in between.
