I recently retook the CRS class , Listing Strategies, in Vancouver Washington. I had taken it back in 2005 and wanted to obtain new and fresh ideas for this challenging market.

What a great class! The ideas were fresh and market appropriate and after implementing a few of the ideas, I repositioned my Sellers and received multiple offer within 2 days of doing so! The class has paid for itself.

Many agents shy away from out of the area classes, but I have found that not only do I get to learn something new that will help my business, but it also gives me a chance to meet new friends and share ideas. I had such a great time at the Winery where we got to fill, cork and label the wine and then appetizers and drinks at Who Song and Larry's after wards. Breakfast with friends before class the second day was a treat in itself!

I would encourage all agents to check out an advanced educational opportunity and put it on your calendar. Make it a priority and I am sure you will be happy you did. Remember, Education is not only good for newer agents, but "ol" timers as well!
