For anyone who has been reading my Top 10 lists over the past couple months, I apologize, but there's no funny stuff with this post. 1. Immediately after showing you houses, your agent "tweets" that he hates his annoying new clients.
2. Your agent can't show you houses on the weekend because that's when they perform their community service hours.

1. This house is so much better...no stairs to climb, comfy carpet to lounge on, and an endless supply of porch columns to chew!
