Wow, all I can say is WOW! It seems to me that the Fed may be taking the right action here. I have now read 2 different articles about the possibility of the interest rates falling to an all time low of 4.5%
With the high level of inventory and downward pressure on prices, this will really push us in the right direction. In some areas we are already seeing mulitple offers on properties, Banks accepting offers, and well inventory moving. All good signs of things to come.
