snake infestation: Who should be held Accountable? - 06/03/11 08:51 AM

So as you watch the video I have many questions. Obviously the snakes come and go. So during the listing period they could have been gone. The first owners just left and went bankrupt. The second family in the video did the same. What could be done in this case to protect the consumer? Is this a material defect? Who should be held accountable? Hard to say, would love to get your opinions on this one. … (4 comments)
