There have been various opinions on the short-sale market and how agents can help sellers facing financial hardship...I get that. My goal for 2009 is to help as many sellers willing to endure the course. 
There's also a lot of conversation on the news about banks willingness to work with home owners and work through the short sale process.  What I like to know is which of these banks are they referring to, because my experiences have not been as forthcoming.
