Halloween in the Old Pueblo - Old Tucson Studios Style - 10/03/11 02:16 PM
Old Tucson Studios is a Hollywood institution...in the Arizona desert. There have been over 300 movies filmed there since 1939, starting with "Arizona" in 1940 and including "The Bells Of St. Mary", "Gunfight at the OK Corral", and "Rio Bravo". I believe my Uncle was in a movie shot there but I haven't figured out which one yet!
I've been there but it was decades ago when my family took the 'western tour' which included Tombstone, AZ. I'm ready to go again and there's a perfect chance during the month of October.
